This PR contains:

New entity "Event" for db table "events".
New migration to include the "events" tabel in db.
Added routing for event pages in main site, admin panel and organisation dashboard.
Added twig pages for the event pages.
Bug fix for an var name not correct in workPackageTasks (not events related).
